Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is an unapologetic search for the best in people and organizations. It is a proven, powerful tool for boosting morale and creating positive organizational change. One Appreciative Inquiry process is SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results), and it can be activated whenever someone says, "The problem is..." This active learning session covers the SOAR model and how boards can apply it to re-frame problems and engage in building a positive, results-oriented culture.
